Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of the receipt of the original shipment. If 14 days have gone by since you receive the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
In any case, please contact us before you return the merchandise.
If the item has been returned back to us as unclaimed, we will apply our return policy to the refund.

1. The costs of return shipping are non-refundable.
2. Original shipping costs of your returned item are non-refundable. Shipping costs incurred to ship the item will be deducted from your refund.
3. Customs duties and charges and any other related fees of your returned item are non-refundable. We will deduct them from your refund. You may use a carrier to allow the sender to pay those charges and fees so we will not deduct them from your refund.
Please be noted that, if you use the carrier except the post office to ship the returned item, the refund procedure will be delayed for 2-3 weeks because the customs charges and fees will be invoiced after the package is delivered.
4. 10% restocking fees on any returned product.
5. If you don't cooperate with the Customs to clear your package and collect it by the deadline, the package will be disposed by the carrier and we will not refund any amount of the money you paid. If the carrier returns the package back to us, you must pay for the return shipping costs and the customs charges and fees incurred.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds (20% - 70%) are granted (if applicable).
1. Any item which is damaged, used, not in its original new condition and packaging that you received it, or does not include all original packaging, manuals, hardware, accessories, etc.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or decline of your refund.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, credit card or other original method of the payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or payment company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you are not able to reach the related party, please contact us at email@example.com.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide in return authorization mail.
If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time order has been placed or after we have received the confirmation message for back-orders.
If you request an order cancellation and use PayPal or credit card as the payment method, 4% of the total order value will NOT be refunded as both PayPal and credit card company do not refund 4% transaction fees back to us.
