Return Policy

Return Period

Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of the receipt of the original shipment.

If 14 days have gone by since you receive the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

 

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

1. Unused

2. In the original new condition and packaging that you received it

3. Including all original packaging, manuals, hardware, accessories, etc.

     

    Non-refundable Amount of Money

    1. The costs of return shipping are non-refundable.

    2. Original shipping costs of your returned item are non-refundable. Shipping costs incurred to ship the item will be deducted from your refund.

    3. Customs charges or other related charges of your returned item are non-refundable. Customs charges and other related charges incurred will be deducted from your refund. You may use a carrier to allow the sender to pay those charges so we will not deduct the related charges from your refund.

    4. In special cases, if you don't cooperate with the Customs to clear your package and collect it by the deadline, the package will be disposed by the carrier and we will not refund any amount of the money you paid. 

       

      Partial Refunds (if applicable)

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds (20% - 80%) are granted (if applicable).

      1. Any item which is damaged, used, not in its original new condition and packaging that you received it, or does not include all original packaging, manuals, hardware, accessories, etc.

      2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days of the receipt of the original shipment.

         

        Refunds (if applicable)

        Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or decline of your refund.

        If the return is approved, we will process your refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, credit card or other original method of the payment. 

         

        Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)

        If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or payment company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you are not able to reach the related party, please contact us at support@blackhawkjapan.com.

        If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
