| Product Description | 20/09 - Carbon racing suction is now available for Gen1/Gen2 compatibility. The intake pipe is made using a hot press process with 3K twill carbon prepreg on the surface and UD prepreg on the inside. *3K: 3,000 carbon fiber prepreg - a sheet containing thermosetting resin in advance.UD: Unidirectional carbon fiber for high strength. A silicone bag is used inside the pipe and the hardening process is carried out under high pressure and high temperature. This results in a smooth inner surface of the pipe and high strength. It allows smooth air flow while maintaining sufficient strength. The heat insulators are made using a hand-laid-up method using 3K twill carbon fiber sheets. *Hand-laid-up method: A skilled craftsman layers dry sheets and applies resin to them. While adding a touch of elegance to the engine bay, they also block hot air from the radiator, allowing fresh air to enter the Super Power Flow. The sporty sound that is unique to Super Power Flow is also one of the attractions of Racing Suction. Super Power Flow and CFRP pipes have achieved a significant reduction in intake resistance compared to the original intake. |
