| Product Description | ■Features: The long-selling “Slide Cam Sprocket”, which has been very popular among Nissan SR20DET / Nissan SR20DE users, has been renewed. As you continue tuning your engine, changes such as different camshafts or other engine modifications will alter the optimal valve timing. This sprocket allows you to adjust the timing angle to match things like increased cam duration and overlap between the intake (IN) and exhaust (EX) sides, making it possible to achieve more precise valve timing. The adjustment range is ±20° (crankshaft angle) compared to stock. Each marking on the inner plate corresponds to about 2° of crank angle. The center marking is designed to match the same timing as the stock pulley. To help prevent adjustment mistakes, the sprocket is marked with “A” (Advance) and “R” (Retard) so you can easily see the direction. It is effective even when used with a stock camshaft, but even greater performance can be achieved when installed together with HKS camshafts and set to the recommended valve timing. While keeping the proven features, the exhaust-side sprocket now comes with the drive gear pre-installed, so there’s no need to reuse or separately purchase the stock gear—making it easier to install and purchase.
