| Product Description | made a metal head gasket for the new project FA20. The mass-produced head gasket has a cylinder bore of 89.4mm compared to 86.0mm, which is considerably larger than the bore. So, in a high compression NA engine, the compression is low and the size is not appropriate for the combustion chamber. This N1 metal head gasket is designed to have the same size as the shape of the combustion chamber. Also, with a booster, we would like to worry about the gasket falling out, but the combustion pressure is always accumulated on the gasket working surface, which is 3.4mm larger than the bore. The 3rd image is an image of the state where the genuine is placed on the cylinder head and the image of the state where the N1 head gasket is placed and the state of being superimposed. Two types of gasket thickness are available: 0.58mm, which is the same as the genuine one, and 0.73mm, which is for surface grinding repair. The JAF N1 regulation allows the head gasket to be free, so it is ideal for N1 regulation engines. The price is ¥38,000-tax not included for the left and right banks for one unit. |
