| Product Description | Intake manifold gaskets are used in conjunction with Bakelite bindings to block heat from the engine. By lowering the intake air temperature of the engine, it is possible to always run in the best condition without modifying the engine itself. At the same time as installing this product, the throttle to prevent icing and the water around the RACV are abolished, so that the intake air temperature during driving is dramatically reduced. In the case of theAP1, the intake air temperature sensor is mounted on the surge tank, and the effect is enormous. In our experiments with APs, we observed a decrease in temperature of up to about 50 degrees Celsius, which is detected by the intake air temperature sensor, when driving. Boyle's law says that a decrease in intake air temperature of 10 degrees changes the air density by about 3 percent. |
