[What is the T-REV system]
T-REV is a system that uses the pulsation of blow-by gas called natural decompression.
This system simply decompresses the inside of the engine and makes the inside of the crankcase negative pressure, so that the movement of the piston and crankshaft becomes smooth, and the decompression effect is amazing with a probability of almost 100%. Allows you to experience it.

[Basic decompression principle]
Currently, the "reciprocating engine" is the mainstream internal combustion engine for automobiles on the market.
This reciprocating engine is currently the most basic internal combustion engine.

The point of the crankcase decompression valve (T-REV) is in the case under the piston.
When the piston is pushed down at high pressure due to expansion (explosion), some gas blows through the piston ring and flows into the crankcase. Such gas is called "blow-by gas", and the pressure inside the crankcase increases due to this blow-by gas, and if the piston goes down at this time, it becomes a strong resistance.
This "pumping loss" is one of the engine brakes, but it is also the resistance of the piston movement of the engine.
This overpressured blow-by gas is discharged from the breather (holes and pipes / hoses for removing blow-by gas), but the crankcase sucks in outside air when the piston rises or the accelerator is off. The inside is still under pressure.
Therefore, by installing the crankcase pressure reducing valve "T-REV" in the breather path, blow-by gas and backflow of outside air are prevented, and the pressure inside the crankcase is optimized (negative pressure) to demonstrate the original performance of the engine. You can do it, and you can get the same power with less fuel.

"T-REV" has a special structure that is different from the conventional pressure reducing valve.
The blow-by gas discharged from the breather is increased in flow velocity by using a hydrodynamic vortex, and a "spiral line" is provided inside the T-REV so that it can be discharged smoothly, and three reed valve surfaces are provided. The structure is such that the force per surface is dispersed and blow-by gas is discharged more smoothly.
Since the T-REV uses a reed valve with a characteristic triangular pyramid design, the reed valve malfunctions due to excess outside air from the air cleaner BOX, malfunctions due to emulsion (oil emulsification), and the internal structure. There are no restrictions on the mounting orientation (up, down, left, right) due to the problem of.

Install this product at a maintenance shop designated and certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, which is qualified as a mechanic. Incorrect installation may cause engine damage or oil leakage.
