Product Description
A Teflon brake line with excellent heat resistance and durability using Teflon material. The quality of the Teflon hose is also improved by nylon black coating. The fitting material is also excellent in cost performance by using different materials of type 1 steel material and type 2 stainless steel material. ■ Type 1: Steel Fitting ■ Type 2: Stainless Steel Fitting ■ Internal Material: Teflon ■ Usable Temperature Range -53 °C ~ 232 °C ■ Black Nylon Coating DOT (US Ministry of Transport Standard) Compliant Brake Using Teflon Sten Mesh Material It is a line system. Newly adopted DOT (US Government Ministry of Transport standard) compliant parts. This is done by attaching a part called a whip guard to the joint between the hose and the hose end, dramatically improving the durability of the part that is usually considered to be the weakest. The hose is Teflon stainless mesh and the end is steel / unichrome plated for precision and reliable press caulking. In addition, each inspection is carefully carried out, and a pressure of 250 kg / cm2 or more is applied to strictly check for liquid leakage. Furthermore, the quality has been improved by nylon black coating. DOT (US Ministry of Transport standard) clears the harsh elastic durability of 800 rpm / 35 hours with a pressure of 16.5 kg / cm2 applied to the brake line. It is a system that ensures safety by durability inspection assuming long-term use, such as whether the joint between the hose and the hose end is damaged.
