Our demo car test confirmed that the intake air temperature of the N-ONE RS (JG3) is relatively excellent even with the stock system as long as it is exposed to wind. However, the genuine air intake BOX (official name: pipe COPM., air intake) has a structure that carries the air cleaner inlet on its back, so there is a compromise in guiding air to the intercooler. Our SUPER FLOW air intake BOX is designed with a newly manufactured and installed dedicated stainless steel funnel for the air intake inside the larger BOX, allowing the driving wind to efficiently hit the entire surface of the intercooler, while also directing the driving wind efficiently. The purpose is to also guide you to the air cleaner. Adopting specially designed air funnels and aluminum stays is costly, but we decided to use them after repeatedly testing prototypes to find the best. Installation will be done by replacing the genuine air intake BOX. ■SUPER FLOW AIR INTAKE BOX for N-ONE RS(JG3) *Larger FRP air intake box *R81 Milano red painted, special metal sticker included *Suitable for vehicles equipped with genuine intercooler/air cleaner BOX. *In order to maximize the inner diameter of the intake pipe, a thin (t0.8) stainless steel air funnel is installed inside the box. *Aluminum BOX mounting stay and fixing bolt included (stay has red anodized finish) *This product is designed so that the intake air and intercooler air guide are not separated. With this structure, when the vehicle is stopped, the intake air temperature tends to rise slightly like when it is normal, but when the vehicle starts running, fresh air (driving wind) is immediately sent into the box, making it possible to take in air that is as close to the outside temperature as possible. It is possible to guide and cool the entire surface of the intercooler very efficiently.
